Similar run to yesterday, but felt better.  Legs felt looser and more fluid; stride was smoother.  I think I may have been limping some the last 2 days.

4.7M in 34:30 minutes to Irvington and back.  Ran at 4:30 pm.  70 and sunny and breezy.  End HR 145.

Injury report:

Left achilles:  Better than yesterday.  Not really bothersome today at the slow pace.

Right achilles:  Stiff, not really painful.  Not really an issue.

Right forefoot:  A little better than yesterday.

Good to see some improvement. Are the races out for the weekend? Will you still go watch the 5th Ave mile even if you don't run?

Providence is definitely out. I am trying to decide whether to run the 5th Ave mile. Probably not a good idea running-wise, but I really want to do it for the experience, and who knows, I might not get another chance. As usual they have a great field so I'll definitely go to spectate.
