I started training again in early '07 after a long hiatus.  I'm 30 and live in Tarrytown, NY, which is 25 miles north of New York City.

6 miles running equivalent: 25 minutes elliptical + 25 minutes bike

Jogged to and from the Y (1 mile total) - first running of any kind in 5 weeks.
